People with real expertise who found an audience directly, without a broadcaster or a publisher standing in between.

It is one of the most significant shifts in how India learns, decides and spends. And it has been happening almost entirely without professional infrastructure.

No shared standards. No collective voice where rules are made. No model contract. No support when work goes unpaid. No credible way for a ministry or a company to find the right people.

Every profession that became a profession solved this by organising. That is what we are doing.
